  The lady didn’t care whether the color I chose didn’t come out identical on my nails. I chose bright yellow, it came out beige. Sure i could ask her to do it over but she was already kind of inattentive and not kind so i didnt want to be treated as one of those customers who is being extra. Also the daughter or younger lady who did my friend’s nail was rude. although she had already swiped my card and it was approved, she asked for my id and when i told her i didnt bring one with me she rolled her eyes a bit and with attitude told me “you should bring your id next time.” Maybe she should ask for id before she swipes then i would understand its all procedural. However because i only tipped them $2/person she all of a sudden asked for my id and was being rude about it. I tipped them little because they finished our gel nails within 15 min with no hand massage or any usual routine at other places. Lady also wanted to charge $5 extra on one of the gel color i had first wanted. I never heard of sparkel gel color being charged extra. that seemed absurd and unnecessary. At other places ive been to, If gel color is $26 its $26 not 26 + 5 if you want different sparkel color on two fingers.
